Is my older duct system worth keeping?
Sometimes. Sound metal ducts can often be sealed and rebalanced. Deteriorated flex duct or undersized returns are usually better replaced. We assess it during maintenance and explain the options clearly.
Oak Park is a quiet community of tree-lined streets and gated neighborhoods set into the canyons along Medea Creek, between Agoura Hills and Westlake Village. Many of its homes are now a few decades old, which makes steady, knowledgeable maintenance especially valuable. Our visits keep older and newer systems alike running quietly, with a clear record of every system and every visit.

A large share of Oak Park homes were built in the same era, and many still carry original ductwork alongside equipment that has been replaced once or twice. That combination can hide problems: a duct joint that has separated in the attic, a return that was never quite large enough, or a newer high-efficiency unit working against an older duct system. A thorough maintenance visit looks at the whole system, not only the equipment.
We measure static pressure and temperature split, inspect accessible ducts and connections, and note anything that is quietly costing comfort or efficiency.
The mature oaks that give the community its character also drop leaves and pollen onto outdoor units. We clear and clean condenser coils before summer and check that the area around each unit is open enough to breathe. Homes tucked into the canyons can stay shaded in the morning and then heat quickly through the afternoon, so we confirm the system is ready for that daily rise.
Before Santa Ana season we test fresh-air dampers where they exist and make sure filtration is fresh, so the home is prepared if smoke drifts in from fires in the surrounding hills.
Our Maintenance Membership includes two seasonal visits. The Priority Membership adds quarterly visits and preferred scheduling, and White Glove Home Climate Management covers filters, UV lamps, fresh-air and damper care, duct attention and an annual review of the entire system.
Every membership is tailored by proposal to the equipment your home has, across all major brands and system types. We respect gate procedures and community guidelines, and schedule visits at times that suit your household.

Yes. We coordinate access ahead of time, follow community guidelines and keep our vehicles and work discreet.
After the first visit we recommend a level based on your equipment, filtration and how the home is used. Many single-system homes are well served by the Maintenance Membership; homes with fresh-air or advanced filtration often prefer White Glove.
Share a few details about your home and its systems. Riley Rea or a senior team member will reply personally and arrange a first visit.
