Do you service guest houses and outbuildings in Old Agoura?
Yes. We include every system on the property in the membership proposal, from the main house to guest quarters, studios and workshops, and schedule them together where possible.
Agoura Hills sits where the Santa Monica Mountains meet the Conejo Valley, and its homes feel every swing of that position: warm canyon afternoons, cool nights, dry autumn winds and the occasional smoky sky. Our maintenance visits keep systems steady through all of it, for homes from the planned streets of Morrison Ranch to the larger lots and ranch properties of Old Agoura.

Canyon heat swings are hard on equipment. A system that runs hard in the afternoon and then idles through a cool night cycles more than one on the coast, so we pay close attention to electrical components, contactors and motors. Outdoor units near oak trees collect leaves and debris, and we clean coils and clear the surrounding space before summer.
In the fall, before Santa Ana season, homes with fresh-air ventilation have their fresh-air dampers tested, and every home has its filters and returns checked so the system is ready for days when the windows stay closed.
Old Agoura properties are often larger and more varied: a main residence, a guest house, a barn or studio, sometimes equipment that has been added over many years. We map each system on the first visit so nothing is overlooked. In Morrison Ranch and Hillrise, homes are more uniform, but many have attic air handlers and two-zone systems that benefit from regular attention to drain lines and dampers.
Whatever the property, findings are written down and shared, so you always know what was done and what to plan for.
Clients choose between our Maintenance Membership, with two seasonal visits; the Priority Membership, with quarterly care and preferred scheduling; and White Glove Home Climate Management, which adds filter and UV servicing, fresh-air and damper care, duct attention and an annual system review.
Each is tailored by proposal to the equipment on the property, across every major brand and system type, so a single-system home and a multi-building ranch are never treated the same way.

Wide daily swings mean more starts and stops, which wears electrical parts and motors. Variable-speed equipment handles this best, and regular maintenance catches worn components early.
Priority and White Glove members are scheduled ahead of non-member calls, which matters most during the first heat wave of summer when demand peaks.
A complete review of every system in the home: equipment condition, filtration, airflow, drainage and controls. We document what we find, explain anything that needs attention in plain language and recommend the membership level that fits the home.
Tell us about the property and its systems. Riley Rea or a senior team member will reply personally and arrange a first visit.
