Our home has five separate systems. How are visits handled?
We service each system individually on every visit and document them separately, so you can see the condition of each one. Visits are scheduled to minimize time in the home.
Calabasas homes are often large, multi-level and served by several systems at once: a main house split into zones, a guest suite, a home theater or gym with its own equipment. Keeping all of it quiet and dependable takes a methodical approach. Our maintenance visits bring that discipline to homes in The Oaks, Calabasas Park, Mulwood and Mountain View Estates.

On the first visit we document every system in the home: where it is, what it serves, its filters, its controls and its condition. Each later visit builds on that record. For homes with four or five systems, this is the difference between true maintenance and a series of disconnected service calls.
We measure static pressure, temperature split and refrigerant performance on each system, and note gradual changes that point to developing problems long before they affect comfort.
Calabasas sits against the Santa Monica Mountains, and hillside homes in Mountain View Estates and Calabasas Park often take strong afternoon sun on large windows. Summer visits focus on cooling capacity, outdoor coil condition and airflow to sun-facing rooms. Equipment placed on slopes or in tight mechanical yards gets particular attention for clearance and drainage.
Autumn brings Santa Ana winds and the risk of smoke. We test fresh-air dampers, replace or inspect high-efficiency filters and confirm the home is ready to close up and clean its own air if needed.
The Maintenance Membership covers two seasonal visits. The Priority Membership adds quarterly care and preferred scheduling. White Glove Home Climate Management is our most complete level, including filters, UV servicing, fresh-air and damper care, duct attention and an annual review of every system on the property.
Memberships are tailored by proposal to the equipment you have, across every major brand. We coordinate with gate staff and household managers, arrive when expected and leave every space as we found it.

Yes. Many of our Calabasas clients prefer that we coordinate scheduling and reports through a house manager. We share findings in writing after each visit.
Yes. Dedicated systems for theaters, gyms and wine rooms are included in the membership proposal and receive the same documented care as the main house.
We explain it in plain language, show you what we measured and recommend whether it needs attention now or can be planned for later. Nothing beyond the membership scope is done without your approval, and larger work is tailored by proposal.
Share a few details about the property and its systems. Riley Rea or a senior team member will reply personally and arrange a first visit.
